great room but could use better communal space

The large and bright room (no. 1411) provided an extremely comfortable bed, perfect for resting. The bathroom with the rain shower was a standout feature, offering a refreshing experience. I particularly enjoyed the stunning mountain view that added charm to my stay.

The lounge areas felt a bit limited for seating, especially during busy hours.

This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like powerful Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a great bar/lounge area. On my first stay, staff helped me find a local taxi, which I appreciate. A tip for future guests, try the local dishes at breakfast! I'm coming back for a weekend.

I loved the spacious and bright room which provided a comfortable stay, and the hotel's awesome proximity to attractions like the Gato de Tejada Monument and Plazoleta Jairo Varela made exploring the city so convenient. every evening I enjoyed peaceful strolls, taking in the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

Had a wonderful time at Hotel Dann Carlton Cali! The location is outstanding, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and recently remodeled, making my stay very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the pool area on the fourth floor, which offers stunning views and delicious food cooked to order.

The noise level in the room was unbearable. The thin window glass did nothing to block the traffic sounds from the busy road below. Additionally, the furniture was outdated and not well-maintained. Breakfast options were incredibly limited and did not meet the expectations of an international traveler, offering mostly local foods instead.
